Here we use the term “You” that refers to the direct user or viewer of the website, If you will use the service given by this website it means you will agreed with all our terms and conditions.
✔️Payment methods accepted at Jim Corbett National Park include credit card, debit card, Paypal, and direct deposit.
Please only pay using company accounts.
✔️To secure a confirmed reservation, travelers can pay 50% in advance. The remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival or when the tour begins.
✔️In order to finalize their reservation and receive additional discounts, travelers can pay the full price.
Travelers consent to paying all applicable statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.
✔️Base category rooms are available in all hotels.
✔️Upgrading a room will include additional fees, which must be paid directly to the hotel.
✔️ Clients must wait at least 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers. Booking vouchers can be obtained via hard copy, email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
✔️ Check-in and check-out times are 12:00 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively.
✔️At the time of booking, please ensure that the passengers’ ages are entered correctly. When traveling, passengers who provide false information about their age may be penalized.
✔️If there are no rooms available at the hotel indicated, we will provide a comparable standard hotel.
✔️One room with an additional mattress will be given for three people.
✔️Before the trip, any changes to government taxes, hotel fees, safari fees, etc., will be communicated by phone or letter. Before your tour date, the guest must pay the difference.
✔️Zones and areas are subject to availability and we do not promise them. The consumer cannot claim any particular area or zone; we are free to alter your safari’s zone at any time based on availability.
✔️ The company will not be held accountable for any mishap, theft, or damage to luggage.
✔️The customer’s advance payment will be lost and all services will be terminated if he fails to pay the remaining amount or any outstanding debts.
✔️We retain the right to alter the safari and itinerary as needed for operational or other reasons.
✔️ Long-weekend holidays like Christmas and New Year’s are not eligible for these rates.
For any unforeseen cause, you must notify us in writing if you must postpone or cancel your tour or trip. Please confirm that the cancellation fees will take effect as soon as we receive your written correspondence. The cancellation policy listed below would be relevant:
✔️ 20% of the tour price 30 days before arrival.
✔️30% of the tour price if you arrive 15–29 days early. (not including the cost of an elephant safari, gypsy, or canter.)
✔️40% of the tour price is due seven to fourteen days before arrival. (not including the cost of an elephant safari, gypsy, or canter.)
✔️50% of the tour price is due two to six days before arrival. (not including the cost of an elephant safari, gypsy, or canter.)
✔️No refund if you don’t show up or leave less than 48 hours.
✔️The Elephant Safari, Canter, and Gypsy amounts are non-refundable.
✔️One room with an additional mattress will be given for three people.
✔️Before the trip, any changes to government taxes, hotel fees, safari fees, etc., will be communicated by phone or letter.
✔️If you make a reservation at Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, or Dhela Lodge, there will be no reimbursement.
✔️Key Information: We will reimburse the whole payment to your designated bank account if your safari is canceled for any reason, such as a technical malfunction or seat availability. Accordingly, the same would be conveyed.
✔️During weekends or weekdays during holidays, Diwali, X’Mas, and New Year’s, hotel/forest lodge reservations are subject to a separate cancellation policy (which would be communicated as and when required).
✔️Our Limitations and Liabilities: Please be aware that any increases in safari or museum permission fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees determined by the Indian government will be charged as additional expenses after you have finalized the tour or service cost.
✔️Events brought on by force majeure, strikes, fairs, festivals, bad weather, traffic, overbooked hotels, closures or limits on admission to a destination, etc. We will try our best to develop appropriate substitute plans, but we won’t be responsible for any reimbursements or claims for compensation that result from this.
If there is a dispute, the courts in New Delhi will have the sole authority to decide it.
